1/2 cup organic sweet potato cooked until tender
1 cup rooibos tea
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1-1/4 cup organic whole-wheat flour
Spirulina sprinkles vitamin
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 organic cage free egg
½ cup butter
Beat the butter until creamy, 2 minutes.
Mix in the peanut butter and egg.
Mix together the dry ingredients – flour, baking soda, baking powder.
Add in the cooked sweet potato (instead of sugar)
Add in the cup of rooibos tea
Mix all ingredients together .Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut with cookie cutter into shapes. Place onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown for approximately 35 minutes.Wait for cookies to cool down before serving. Sprinkle the Spirulina over cookies and serve.Store in ziploc bags when cooled.
