It’s a fact.Dogs that have very little socialization and training, little playtime with other dogs are more likely to end up with behavioral problems. Many of these dogs unfortunately also end up at shelters.Enjoying your canine companion while at the dog park and perhaps inviting your friends with their pooches to join you, is wonderful and fun.Not only do you get to enjoy your dog’s many quirks, but it may be the kindest thing you can do for him.
As with all the basics that we provide for our dogs like great veterinary care, healthy and organic nutrition for optimal health, stimulating interactive dog toys for stimulation-socialization with other dogs and people are just as important.Dogs, like children need exposure to just about everything in the world ,so that they don’t end up fearing everything they see.
Socialization should start as early as the first few weeks, when puppies are busy playing with their littermates, and learning to interact with each other and their human companions.
